Main responsibilities:

• Business Development / sales of new and existing client
• Lead generation, prospecting, building sales pipeline
• Screening candidates over the phone, arranging interviews, taking references
• Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking and referrals.
• Developing a personal brand within your market and specialisation
• Develop new business and ensure repeat business through excellent service experience to both clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Proven tenacity, drive and the right motivations to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive and busy sales environment.
• The ability to deliver against tight deadlines
• Degree qualified in Commerce, marketing, IT
• 1+ years recruitment experience or sales experience
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
